“Same Again” is a moving neon work. Its text ‘Time After Time’ was constructed to reflect on its action, with each word flashing, time after time, in cyclical repetition. Although appearing like an advertising slogan the work served only to discuss the physical impact and conceptual implications of its own loop and repetition with its meaning both lost and emphasized through the repeated gesture, time after time.

Even though it of course conjures up memories of Cyndi Lauper 80’s hit of the same name, the work is essentially a work as process; neon about neon and a gesture trapped in continual motion.
